How many camshaft position sensors does a 2011 Ford Edge have?

My mechanic said I need to fix all “4” but
Hayhes manual says most cars have 2. He
was trying to sell me 4 sensors at 140 a
piece. Bought 4 at $30 online. Then realized I
only need 2. Am I wrong for thinking he’s
lying to upcharge me ?

Thats what mechanics do.. theyre all pos trying to make a living off your lack of knowledge and bad circumstances
