I hear a low whine from the rear while driving my 2011 camry

Yes. There is a wheel hub and bearing assembly on either side. You can go to A-1 Auto and by the set for $98 online.

You might want to consider ruling out "Tire Noise". Switch the tires front to rear and road test. Is the noise still in the rear of the vehicle? Also you might try this. Road test to the point where the noise is loudest...then...carefully shift into neutral gear. Does the noise go away?
