toyota camry 2011 glovebox does not close properly. How do i remove light.

Glove compartment does not close properly. Until i get ir repaired should i try
to disconnect light in compartment?

If it is not shutting, you may need to adjust the little bar that the latch connects to. You may need to loosen the screws and move it left or right.

Has anyone attempted to change the CABIN FILTER on this vehicle? If yes.....you might check the hinged area at the bottom of the GB door. Also, sometimes the GB door cover has a hydraulic "shock absorber" looking device which can go bad a create a closure issue.

What is a GB door? Also is the cabin filter related to a oil change?
