Why Does my 2011 Toyota Camry air conditioning works only intermittently?

For the past 6 months, the air conditioning in my Toyota Camry 2011, works
when it's up to 59 degrees out.  But if the temperature outside is 60 degrees or
higher or if the car has been parked in the hot sun for 30 minutes or more, the
air coming from the air conditioner is warm!?

Is the ac fan working? Does the ac compressor cycle? Is it full? Sounds like air in the lines, maybe a bad expansion valve or a stuck orfice

Also the ac works off from air, so if its working fine until you stop maybe your fan isnt working and the condensor is heating up. Receiver/drier..

I'm having similar issues with my 2011 Camry. Did you finally figure it out. I replaced the blower fan.
