2011 Honda pilot engine light just came on followed by a flashing "D" in the shift indicator What can this mean?

Have your spark plugs and coils checked. My engine light, vtm-4 light, key ignition light, AND my d light would either stay on or flash, vehicle felt like it was in 4wd. I had the spark plugs replaced and a couple coils, which fixed the problem for the moment. Took it back and there was a faulty coil from the manufacturer.
