You sent me an Email on May 11th stating the a Car I had saved had
Dropped in price. So today May th I3 th. I call them to arrange a showing.
Only to find out they had moved that car to another lot. Ok no problem ( I
think) Ill go there. HOWEVER that deal is NO LONGER available. So my
question is HOW can they not honor that deal? Its the same company.
How? They first told me that they COULDNT alter the internet deals. Then
they Alter it....... Im confussed! I tried to attach the email unfortunately I
keep getting err

All contracts have "Terms" The seller is under no obligation to extend the term of the sale unless he states a time period the price will stay in effect. BTW ,, none of us are affiliated with CarGurus other then answer questions as volunteers ...and most sellers are in no way affiliated with CG other then to use their Free listing service
