Blend door actuator in the blower box under dash,is stuck,or actuator motor has gone bad.

Mine was doing this in the wintertime. The heater core hoses were cold to the touch when the truck was at operating temperature. Found out I was almost a gallon low on radiator coolant and the hot engine coolant wasn't making its way to the heater core. Topped off the coolant and I've been getting hot air ever since. I had a very small leak in the radiator. Check the blend door next if the coolant is OK.
