how large can i go with tire size

I have a 2010 sierra 1500 sle z71 gmc with 265/65r 18 tires. how much taller
can I go before affecting the computer

Tires are not going to affect the computer. Your speedometer will be off a bit but you can check that against a smart phone GPS speedometer app. If the speedo is too far off you can buy a tuner to adjust it. Tires that are a lot bigger will reduce your acceleration and fuel economy.
