That would depend on what you want out of the car. A sticky, expensive and short lived summer tire would give you maximum traction.

I was actually looking for replacement for the Bridgestone all season run flat that were OEM when I bought the car. Options appear to be the Michelin Latitude, Pirelli, Scorpinon and Goodyear Eagle. I was looking for decent traction in snow,.

Ditch the run flats is my advice. Look at tire reviews on America's Tire and other tire retailers.
