Fuel cap won’t open

My gas cap won’t come out the fuel tank. It
tightens. But when I un-tighten it, it’s
impossible to pull out! Any suggestions?

I had that happen one rainy cold winter night when I was nearly out of gas. I found a store open and bought pliers and pulled the old gas cap apart to get it out.

    I dont know what is wrong...fuse or relay module...wjhen i close the back door, glass is not in window rubber seal...is this an expensive fix?
