Leaking valve cover gasket 2010 cooper 100K miles

oil is leaking into spark plug bore holes and ignition coils  is it necessary to replace spark plugs and ignition coils

Not necessary if there are no misfire codes. But at 100K, it is time to replace the plugs. So do that. No need to replace the coils. Good luck with the swap.
