Check the connections on your battery for tightness and lack of corrosion. If that fails, have the battery and alternator checked at an auto parts store. I purchased a new 2010 F-150. I've replaced the battery after four years. I live down South, so frigid weather is not a concern. You may have 12 volts if checked with a multi-meter, but the amperage to crank it over may be shot.
