Most people dont know that on Ford a/c systems that there is an orifice tube somewhere in the a/c line. These tubes will get plugged up over time. One of the main symptoms is full of freon but very little cold air. I'm not sure where it is located on an f150 but a ford dealer can tell u. U have discharge the system to replace the tube. Locking forceps work great for this.
