Low DVD audio in 2010 Suburban

My 2010 Chevy Suburban with a factory
entertainment system with Bose speakers
has low DVD audio on the IR headphones.  
The IR headphones work fine on AM, FM
and XM.

I purchased two new GM IR Headphones
and they have low DVD volume also.  

What could the problem be since obviously
it isn’t the IR Headphones or the IR
transmitter.
