Grinding sound when turning right

2010 nissan mutant. Naked grinding
sound when wheel turns right. Doesnt
happen when turning left. Bumper and
fender are ok. Good tires

I have 2017 Nissan murano. The steering makes noise when turning east to west even when car is on park.i guess shocks are ok.can someone advice please
