WHAT!? :-) Try using a different phone. If people can hear you get a new phone. If not then get a new Bluetooth.

Known issues. My 2012 fx35 Bluetooth mic is crap. People can’t hear me and dealer can’t fix it.

My car is also not responding to my verbal commands like my navigation requests. It had been working fine for years and everything still works except for my audio even on my phone in bluetooth. I hear everyone fine they cannot hear me
