2010 Jeep Liberty Horn Issue.

The horn has decided to start honking all on it's own, when the car is off, and
locked in my driveway, how can I disconnect the horn or the fuse, just
anything to make is stop honking all together?

You likely have a defective clock spring or switch in the steering column causing the horn to randomly initiate. Find the fuse box and locate the fuse labeled horn. There is also an electrical connection at the horn that you could just disconnect.
