2011 jeep liberty cigerette lighter diagram

cigar lighter not working.  fuse in engine block is good. Power is on onside of 2o
amp fuse? Need the cigar for GPS.

On other vehicles the lighter is HAT , hot at all times , along with the head lights , horn and brake lights so the problem may be at the lighter , a multi tester is useful in finding electrical problems , if you're going to do your own repairs there are tools you should have .
