I had bad alternator

I'm guessing you bought a rebuilt or reconditioned alternator. Many of those are bad out of the box. I always bench-test devices before installing them, and it appears you got an alternator that doesn't work properly. Replace it with a new alternator.
I'm really sick of answers not posting. Maybe CARGURUS could hire data people who know what they're doing, or maybe a really good hacker..... Maybe frustration with this is why question received are about 5% of what they used to be.
You and me both. It works somewhat better using a PC but still get the same little note or it just refuses to post anything. Anyway onto the question. As this has a computer controlled charging system any little thing can upset it, so make absolutely sure the the battery cables and all the connections are clean and tight, but before you disconnect main power are sure you hookup the memory saver tool or you could compromise the computers programming then you will have problems. If you didn’t find any problems with the wiring or connections than the next step is finding a good independent shop that knows how to do a full scan on the charging system and have them check it out. Don’t be surprised if it need a new computer. Welcome to the world of Jeep. I will never own another Jeep.

You have a major electrical problem and you need a technician , Look for any obvious wiring problems
First thing you have to realize is it’s a Jeep so don’t expect much. I would suggest selling / trading for a more reliable vehicle. It could catch fire.
