it turns off on me, what can it be?

A number of things. No fuel, battery gone totally dead, computer module problem, etc, etc.

Perfect! People need to understand that we are not standing next to them when they ask a question about a problem. We try our best to help "long distance". They need to explain what is happening clearly; many times I read questions that I pass over because they are totally confusing and do not make any sense.
