weird pole slots in my rav4 in the rear ceiling

I have 2 weird 'slots' with trap doors in the rear ceiling of my
2010 rav4. I can't find anything about them even in the
owners manual.  they seem to be for some kind pole or
rack of some sort. but my luggage cover doesn't fit, or a
luggage net.  any idea what these are? and if possible
where I can find what goes there?

They are for car seat seat belts.should have a seatbelt in it or a receiver for one.
