loud roar rear end

Loud rear end  roar , wheel hub will it hurt to drive it and how much to get
fixed?

You need to fix it before you cause more damage or get stranded.

Rear wheel bearing is probably bad. Not to difficult to replace and not to expensive. This assumes FWD only. You can jack up the rear and spin each wheel. Check for any play. Should be none.
