LOW Gas Mileage

My 2010 CRV is getting horrible gas mileage.  around 13.5 in the city.  My driving is 100% stop and go city driving but this seems horrible (I think it used to be closer to 19).  I am not a "car person" but what should I do/have done to improve this?

When was the last time your car had a tune up? Last time the air filter, fuel filter changed? Oil changed regularly?

Take your car in for a complete evaluation and service. When was the last time you did this and how many miles are on your car? Did you purchase it new or late model? I imagine that the car runs pretty rough.

You don't do "jack rabbit starts " , do you? ? Of course, how you drive has a significant impact on fuel economy.
