Ignore the troll..... Iridium plugs should be changed at the same interval as platinum plugs. Usually 100,000 miles is the normal interval, but refer to your owner's manual for the exact mileage recommended for spark plug service.

120,000 mile interval for my 2002 Avalon according to the scheduled maintenance guide. Required under the terms of the Emission Control Warranty.
