I need to know what is wrong with my car please

my 2010 sebring limited had a gas cap light come on along with the check engine , I replaced the gas cap and they went out, the next day i changed the plugs and air filter. now it is running really rough. I check the gap and it looks good. it is progressively getting worse. i had the parts store run a quick diagnoses on it an and came back with three fuel system faults and a ETC fault.how can you tell if the etc is the problem?

you cannot for sure,etc may be responding to engine acting up, correct the power problem first, go over your steps plug wires may be crossed sending wrong mesages a tip is , and dont fuel up while in purge mode it will think a big leak developed,no biggie though the light will correct next purg ,just sayin caus maby you dont need a new cap, forget this tip for now ck.the plug wires
