Transferring the title on my 2010 dodge avenger

My EDC girlfriend and I went to the san
Francisco  auto return auction a couple
of weeks ago and she had to sign the
title because I didn't have any I.D on
me.  Now I want to sell it and can't
reach her because we're broke up.  I
have the title,  bill of sale,  keys,  and
auction paperwork... can I sell the cart?

You will need to check with DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) in your state. Most states are very particular about the documentation and signatures on a title.
