Could a faulty fuse or relay be causing so many issues? ??

My husband pulled a bunch of fuses and relays in
my 2010 dodge avenger so it wouldn't start. He
ended up putting them back and the car starts now
but there's a very long pause after turning the key
before it will start. My radio won't turn on. My
power locks are acting funny. I can't use my key
fob for the trunk or any of the doors besides the
driver's door. Also the display on my dash says no
fuse. I can't figure out which fuse is bad but I
believe it's a square 30 or 40 fuse

More likely a relay than a fuse, best thing to do would be to check your fuse box diagram and go down the list and check and make sure they are all put in properly. Fuses will generally be visibly broken if they burn out. Also check and make sure the correct relays/fuses are in the correct slots the diagram should list the amp rating needed for each slot and list blank slots. Having a relay in a slot it's not rated for or overrated for could definitely cause an issue. Check both the under hood fuse panel and the interior panels.

Do you have power coming from the battery? Also is it the anti theft light? The green key light indicates the anti theft. If you made a new remote key and haven't synced with the vehicle then it will do that.
