Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Do you consider your car to low or high mileage?   Just how many miles do you
average per day,  month or year?   And,  have you found that just cutting down
on excess mileage has saved you money on not just fuel,  but, tires,  brakes,
and other general maintenance?   Still,  time alone does wear out parts, so,
certain items like timing belts and oil changes need to be done .

We only drive about 5,000 miles a year on our primary vehicle which is low by today standards. Yes I say money, allot and wear and tear, which saves me money in maintenance of the vehicle.
