Really nooby question here, when you look inside the wheel of a car, the red you see one some cars, is it the brakes, the pad or calipers? or is that all the same stuff?

What you are seeing is the calipers. They hold the brake pads that stop the car. So it's kind of all the same stuff. Just paint the calipers, whatever you do don't get paint on the rotors!

If you do paint them use a high temperature primer and paint, otherwise all the hard work you do will not stay on.

Yes very good but very expensive. Only install the calipers yourself if you know how to bleed brakes.
