I don't know! Unless an assembly line worker left something in your dash. Wouldn't be the first time (I've found a cigar in the AC plenum, wrenches and pry bars under the hood, assembly line equipment inside doors, extra nuts and bolts in body panels cavities - all in new cars! Who knows?
