2010, have no air coming from the vents. When I turn on the defroster I get air coming out the vents and against the windshield. A/c works but cannot get a/c through vents.

Blend door not working or cable that operates the door has come off or blend switch is not working.

I have a 2004 and it is doing the same. I was told it was the Blend Door. But I was also told it could be a vacume problem. It started the same time I had the spark plugs changed at Pep Boys. Could it be a vacume line that maybe pep boys knocked loose?

If your system is vacuum operated the hose for it is under the dash going to the heater/A.C box where the blend door is located so no pep boys could have not caused your problem doing a tune up.
