I have a 2010 Mercury Mariner, V-6, 24 Cylinder. I can not locate the towing
capacity for my vehicle. The manual states Trailer weight for the 2.5L at 1500
lbs, and the 3.0L at 3,500 lbs.  is my V-6, 24 Cylinder the 3.0L.

Yes, your Mariner has the 3.0 Duratec, 24 valve, V6 engine rated at 200 horsepower. So it would be rated to tow 3500 lbs.
