I have a 2010 ford focus and I'm trying to figure out if my syncros are shot, or if its my slave cylinder. When I go to put it into first gear it grinds but still goes into gear. I've replaced my mast

if your clutch pedal still feels the same as it always did it could be a syncro problem but not likely syncros usually go bad in 2nd and third gears more than any others you may have a bad slave cylinder good luck
