Looking to buy 2010 Acadia SLT How has the service issues been on this vehicle

I have had issues with the A/C, front suspension and power steering. Fuel mileage in mixed driving is 20-21. Roomy & comfortable so I love it regardless of its somewhat expensive issues. Definitely get full service records
