lexus rx 450h 2010 losing power

lexus rx 450h 2010 just lost power then ready indicator went off and i had to restart  on diagonising it indicate oxygen sensor bank 2 can this lead to the problem

my mechanic realized that fuse box had a problem, the problem was fixed and now its so powerful
