2010 Chevy Impala right rear brake locks up even after rotor caliper pads and supply lines replaced?

Right rear brakes lock up after about three weeks of use even after the rotor caliper pads and supply line has been replaced twice now.

Test the caliper, put it in park and pump the brakes. Let off the brakes. Crack open the bleeder screw on the wheel that is locked up. If fluid trickles out, caliper may be bad. If fluid shoots out under pressure the brake line or hose may be bad. Since you replaced caliper it is not likely to be bad, so check the bleeder valve anyhow to see if there is an obstruction in the brake line that is preventing fluid return to the MC.
