How do I retention the rear seat belts in 2010 Lincoln MKX?

The rear seat belts do not retract by themselves when someone unbuckles.  You can
manually retract them, but it is a pain.  Is there a way to retention the seat belts so that
they will retract by themselves again?

It would be easier to replace them.
