What can cause flutter noise in a Cadillac SRX 2010 once everyday when car start up

I had some kind of oil change that was to clean out all old oil and start a new
change now everyday when the car is first started it sounds like a metal is
hitting or flottering against the wall of something

Check your timing chain guides and tensioner.the oil cleaner could have halfway stopped up the oil ports on tensioner and when the car starts the guides can be loose letting chain slap inside of timing cover
