How much transmission fluid does a 2010 toyota camry need?

Asked by Hansmoleman Jun 08, 2018 at 09:48 PM about the 2010 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 2010 Toyota Camry, I went to change the transmissions oil cause it
has over 100k miles. When I remove the plug on the transmissions, only little
amount of oil came out, less than a quart. On the youtube video I seen, it
said the car was level, fill with oil  until it comes out of side of the
transmission fill hole. I pour in 1 gallon of Transmission fluid and still nothing
is coming out. What do I do?

You need to take the straw out to drain the rest of the pan.the straw is in the same hole as the drain and it uses the same size allen head
