Need a bit more info. Does the engine fail to Crank....like the Battery is dead.....not even a click...click? OR.....does she crank over well....but will not Fire up...Start? What engine in this vehicle?
I had the same problem with my car and the distributor died. Stay away from RAE distributors they will last about 14000 k then die.
