If you have shifting problems and antifreeze got into the transmission it may be time for a rebuild. Did you just drain and replace the fluid or did you have it flushed on a machine? Draining only gets about 1/3 to 1/2 of the fluid out. Did you have the radiator replaced?

Sounds like the Heat Exchanger in the Radiator is Bad. Suggest replace radiator and have the Tranny Fluid replaced/exchanged. If Tranny fails to operate properly...yes...indeed a rebuild/replacement will be required.
