I have a 2006 Toyota corolla . When starting to make a sharp turn(usually at intersection) I seem to lose my steering. It goes rigid for few seconds and then okay again for a day. 2 Answers
This happens rarely. The fluid levels and belts are okay. It only occurs after I am stopped at an intersection and then start to proceed into a sharp turn .

question i'm still having the same problem my car is still popping out of fourth gear and now I have to hold it down in the fourth gear the whole time this is the third time my car has been in the shop first time they fix the shifter cables second time they fix the shifter fork and now they can't figure out what else it could be in they've had my at least a month and a half now 1 Answer
