Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My key fob unlocks doors but inside vehicle
buttons for door don't work. Wouldn't be a problem
but trying to program another key fob and to get in
program mode you have to use the interior door
lock buttons.

Sounds like the interior door lock buttons failed... I've had other Fords do this, but not any 2010 models... Just for clarification; all door lock buttons have failed- or only the driver side?

Only the door lock and unlock buttons on driver and passenger side. Windows buttons on doors work

Weird- definitely it's the lock switches on both doors.
