2010 Ford Fusion will not pass smog test and chokes and stalls at red lights

Couple things that would be helpful to know - how many miles on it, and have you scanned the trouble codes? Most all auto parts stores will scan codes for free. You may have something like a constricted catalytic converter and throwing O2 codes, but to answer your question you'll have to provide a little more info.

there are 54000 miles on the car. When this all started last year tere were 52000 miles on it.the trouble codes were 2 of them. One of them translated to solenoid on the Ford website so I bought the part solenoids 2 of them from ford at 50 per solenoid. I paid a mechanic 700 to install those parts. The other code was reading at the Throttle Body which was a recall issue at ford so I brought the car to ford and had the throttle body adjusted. Still the problem persists. I cannot recall the codes and the paperwork to all of this was taken by the Nevada DMV since I couldn't pass smog and they gave me a waiver for last year only since I spent 700 to try to fix the problem. But when the codes were on the fail paper from the DMV, when I looked them up and had a garage look them up they said the solenoid and the throttle body which is why I fixed those problems.
