Will below zero temps effect the Throttle Actuator Control Motor on a 2009 Infiniti G37x?

extreme temperatures can affect ANY electronic part especially small moving ones. like the IAC or TAC. You might want to consider picking up an engine-blanket, or finding a slightly warmer place to park it during extreme conditions - for the short-term. My best guess, is build-up or moisture in the throttle-body froze it closed. taking apart the intake and giving it a good cleaning with a protective intake cleaner, should help prevent future freeze-ups. this is also assuming your TAC isn't already damaged

thanks for the update. unfortunately, unless I move to the south / southwest I may be out of luck this winter... Hopefully, the next cold blast is the last... Yesterday, I warmed it up much longer and drove for about 20 minutes, still in sub zero weather before shutting off and did not experience any problems. Hoping it was a one time fluke?...
