12000 miles a year would be normal. So yes it is higher than it should be.

High-end cars like Infinity take extreme efforts to maintain properly. A hundred thousand miles is a lot on virtually all Infinities. At 186,000 miles, it might be toast..... Have a mechanic review the car. A couple hundred bucks and he should find everything questionable about it.
