NO- if you have that kind of money, why not just buy a Ferrari or somethin'? just asking-

Haha, an engine swap is expensive, but not Ferrari expensive. It depends the year 740. If it's one of those new 6 cylinder 7"40"s, then it will probably work, but in a 2009, I don't know that I would invest the time into the swap. Go buy an E30 or something and swap in an S52.
