Im looking at a 2009 F250 6.4 with 211,476 is that to high
of mileage  for $10,000

Be aware that the 6.4 engine has a lot of problems, Expensive problems. Unless the engine has been bulletproofed by an authorized bulletproof installer I would pass. The 7.3 and the 6.7 engine are much better than the 6.0 and 6.4. If you decide to go ahead have a diesel mechanic evaluate the truck.
