Need To just have bluetooth capability with your vehicles stereo. Which im guessing it does since there is that button on the sterring wheel. You need to sinc your phone to it by making it searchable under blootooth setttings on the phone. The stereo might promp. you on what to do! Hope this helps

The consensus is that your radio is bluetooth capable and that the button on your steering wheel is there for you to push to answer a call or to disconnect. Read the instructions on how to connect via bluetooth that correspond with the make and model of your phone. Read the instructions in your manual that came with your car about the radio and in particular, accessing and choosing from the menu "how to set up bluetooth."

I have a "phone" button on my radio and steering wheel aswell as an option for Bluetooth but my phone or any other phone I've tried for that matter will not connect even though I have followed the different steps provided in the owners manual, this is on a 2009 VW CC 2.0. The garage I bought it from said they have had a look and it just seems that the car is actually not Bluetooth compatible. Surely VW would not make a car with these features on if they are not meant to work. Anyone have an idea?

Bluetooth in a 2009 CC seems to have been optional. My CC does not have bluetooth but it does have the phone button on the left. That button is used to mute the stereo system so that you can pick up your handheld phone and answer it with the stereo muted. Disappointing when you are expecting your car to have bluetooth. :-/

1.) car on with no connected devices. 2.) press call button on steering wheel 3 times. 3.) connect in phone Bluetooth settings. 4.) pin is most likely 0000 unless a previous owner changed it. If it is not 0000 applying factory settings should reset it to 0000.
