2009 Kia Spectra, how can I replace the steering wheel and front passenger side airbag?

I was recently in a car accident, the car is working fine and the body is being
repaired but the air bags blew out. But I wanted to see if someone can help me
with information on replacing the airbags. I've seen videos but I want to make
sure I do it right. I don't want to take it to the dealer because my car is old and
they are going to charge me an arm and a leg.
